Once a manuscript is properly received, the corresponding author will receive an acknowledgment within 48 hours of receipt. The review process begins as the manuscript is first read by the Editor-in-Chief to determine suitability and overall merit. Each manuscript is subjected to an analysis for plagiarism before entering the formal review process. If deemed appropriate, the manuscript is then sent to peer review for critical analysis. Upon occasion an additional reviewer may be recruited if a specialized technical opinion is required.
Three outcomes are possible:
o Acceptance
o Acceptance contingent on revisions
o Rejection
In all cases, the final decision is that of the Editor-in-Chief.
