PURPOSE AND SCOPE
Crisis, Stress, and Human Resilience: An International Journal (The Journal) is a multidisciplinary, quarterly, online, open access journal. The Journal strives to publish cutting edge papers which will further effective practice, program development, research, and general understanding, as well as innovative and even well-supported speculative thinking.

TOPICS
The Journal publishes peer-reviewed manuscripts on the topics of human resilience, psychological crisis, crisis intervention, disasters and disaster response, Critical Incident Stress Management, psychological first aid, posttraumatic stress, public safety and emergency services stress, employee assistance programs, terrorism, workplace stress and violence, stress in the military, and public mental health.

TYPES OF ARTICLES
The Journal publishes original research, case studies, scholarly reviews, book reviews, and descriptive, as well as prescriptive, papers on program development in any of the previously mentioned topic domains.
